Get Set to Go is for anyone who would like to get more active, but has felt held back by their mental health in someway.
Many people find its fun and enjoyable to get active through sport. Activity has benefits for both our mental and physical health.
Each week there will be a relaxed sport based group where we can encourage each other to get more active.
Every month there will be taster sessions provided by various sports clubs where you can try out different activities to see what you enjoy.
Get Set to Go has been designed with input from people who’ve successfully increased their physical activity and felt their mental wellbeing has improved.
