Green Growth Africa (GGA) is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization focused on spearheading the socio-economic, environmental, and technological development of rural and urban poor African communities with vulnerable groups like women and youth taking center stage. GGA aims at bridging the developmental gap between African poor communities while empowering them to protect the environment and natural resources. Our Mission is to build the capacity of rural and urban poor African communities to influence socio-economic, environmental and technological development. Our areas of intervention includes Socio-economic empowerment, Agriculture, Environment, Ecotourism and Education. We operate in Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Liberia.
GGA runs a number of Socio-economic, Environmental and technological projects across its operational areas. These projects include Street Hawkers Livelihood Enhancement Project(SHLEP), Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship Project, Northern Ghana Climate Resilience Project, Solar Water Project, Obuoho Ecotourism Development Project, Empowerment Against Gender Based Violence Project, Fisheries Empowerment Project, Kids Plastic waste transformation Project and Rural Women Livelihood Empowerment Project.
