Gi.Di. Meccanica

Established in 1983 with the purpose of meeting the needs of mechanical components for the sport sector, Gi.Di. Meccanica rapidly became one of the leading company in the production of buckles for ski boots, studying highly innovative mechanisms and solutions. Initially focused on the technology of bar turning, the company has completed its manufacturing capability by introducing the cold forming technology. Over the years, this technology has been fully exploited and the company’s focus shifted towards the production of automotive cold formed components, with the further addition of machining to complete the process. Through the complementary between these different production capabilities, the company has managed to develop complex parts for the automotive sector as well as for the sector of the fluid connectors, of sport equipment and for many other sectors. The group, that has its headquarter in Vazzola in the Nord East of Italy, has been growing quickly, reaching at present time a total turnover of 42 million of euro and a total staff of 270 employees.
