Le G.I.E EROSI est un groupement d'achat regroupant 67 adherents entreprises agroalimentaires du Pays Basque, du Sud des Landes et du Béarn, créé le 13 octobre 2005 par 16 membres fondateurs.
EROSI a pour vocation de faciliter et d’améliorer les conditions d'achats de ses adhérents que ce soit des achats hors production (Transport, Emballage, Produit d’hygiène et d’entretien, Analyse laboratoire, Maintenance …) et des achats de production (Boyaux et Produits alimentaires en épicerie, en frais et en surgelé). Actuellement, plus de 34 familles d'achat sont mises en place;
Le concept Erosi est basé sur la logique de mutualisation des potentiels d’achats de ses adhérents: l'adaptation au marché, les nouvelles contraintes environnementales, les opportunités de croissance nous ont incités à nous regrouper.
