Giesserei Blöcher is a familiy-run aluminium foundry located in the middle of Germany.
We provide custom sand castings with weights from 25kg up to 2500kg per piece.
Our manual production process is highly flexible and suitable for prototypes, single parts and small series.
Complemenatry to the traditional approach of using wooden pattern or EPS foam models, we also use state of the art technologies for mold preparation. Such as direct milling or 3D Printing of sand molds. Whatever fits best to your requirements.
EPS foam models can be produced inhouse with our 5-axis mill; maximum dimensions 8000 x 4000 x 2000 mm.
