The Firm was formed and established in Los Angeles in 1946 by Phillip Gilbert, Esq. and Associates. The Firm moved to the Coachella Valley in 1974. Michael H. Gilbert, Esq. joined the Firm in 1977. The Bourke family, consisting of Brian J Bourke, Esq. and retired Judge, Desmond J. Bourke joined the Firm in 1981. For the past 37 years, Gilbert & Bourke, LLP has represented thousands of clients living in the Coachella Valley and the Hi-Desert Communities, as well as in Banning and Beaumont.
