George and Mike set up GIMB Fibre Ltd in February 2023 and have grown the company to include a 36-person engineering team, Civils gangs and blockage avoidance team.
GIMB Fibre Ltd are a full turnkey fibre company with vast amount of experience on the Open Reach Network and have extremely high standards.
We have a back office of 4 staff, plus a full turnkey for civils including permits, scheduling, As-Builts and Operational Support.
We now have a fleet of vans on the road and cover all regions of the UK. We added a Desilting machine in April 2024 to our fleet and can provide this as an additional service.
In addition, we have an in-house SHEQ Manager as GIMB Fibre Ltd take a very serious and proactive approach to Safety, Health, Environment and providing a Quality job.
In February 2024 we became a supporter of the Lighthouse Charity and ensure all our employees, contractors and their families feel supported in times of need. We have a family fun day planned for August where we will raise money for Lighthouse Charity and support them back.
In April 204 we achieved our CHAS accreditation and continue to identify areas of improvement and growth for GIMB Fibre Ltd and everyone that works for us.
