We are college students who despite their talents and credentials couldn't mark an individual identity or forge a meaningful relationship and therefore we started off with the idea of shared learning and peer encouragement.
Rubaroo literally means facing self which reflects that every person is a treasure in themselves and the veneer of the outer complex and competition world keeps them unaware, therefore constructive feedback, peer support, and encouragement becomes instrumental for them to unleash their potential.
Therefore Rubaroo try to make the members leverage the support system and proliferate.
