Golf for Injured Veterans Everywhere (GIVE) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support for Iowa’s injured and disabled Veterans who use the Des Moines, Iowa City, and Sioux Falls Veterans Affairs healthcare systems.
We offer a free rehabilitative golf instruction program (taught by PGA pros) that helps our Veterans play golf, no matter what obstacles they’re facing.
But golf is just the beginning of our true impact.
The GIVE program empowers Iowa’s Veterans to overcome their limitations, helps them improve their physical and mental well-being, and connects them with a supportive community of fellow servicemen and women.
Over 2,000 GIVE Veterans have graduated from our program since it began in 2007. However, we’re just getting started.
