Arrival Services:
• Meet & Receive our distinguished guest from the immigration point in a professional manner.
• Check all the documents and forms. Fill the necessary forms for immigration.
• Arrange trolleys & collect luggage from the belt.
• Passenger and baggage handling - Assist clearing Customs, putting and taking off luggage from Scanning machine if needed.
• Again we place the entire luggage in the car.
• Traffic services including passenger check-in.
• Liaison with local authorities.
• Protocol service for VIP/CIP passengers.
• Protocol service for disabled persons(with wheel chair).
• On arrival LP visa .
Departure Services:
• Meet & Receive our distinguished guest from the car drop-off point of the terminal.
• Arrange trolleys & transport luggage from the car.
• Prepare load luggage’s for the security scanning check and again put those back in the trolley.
• Check all the documents and forms & also fill up the necessary forms.
• Help putting the luggage for weight checking and assist while Check-in.
• Accompany the guest to the Immigration point.
• Protocol service for VIP/CIP passengers.
• Protocol service for disabled persons(with wheel chair).
