Originally developed by Hunts for the manufacturing of tomato products, 29180 Glenwood in Perrysburg, OH was acquired in 2008 to become the Global Distribution Center. Ideally located in NW Ohio in close proximity to major highways and thoroughfares including the I75, I80/I90 (Ohio Turnpike), and 795 triangle, there are more than 460,000 employees within a 1 hour drive. Additionally, 60% of the US population and 38% of the Canadian population are within a 1-day delivery distance. The property has 800,000 SF of existing food grade quality dry storage space and capacity for up to 430,000 SF of build-to-suit space with plenty of parking of both trailers and cars. Capable of meeting even the most demanding client’s utility needs, the site has 10+ MGW of power, water capacity of 6.8 MGD and access to Columbia Gas of Ohio natural gas pipeline. Competitively priced below market, the Global Distribution Center is flexible and willing to work with clients on either a short-term or long-term basis.
