The Global ISA Alliance is a collective of education providers and impact investors building a new financing model for a new era.
We champion Income Share Agreements (ISAs) and other outcomes-based finance tools that allow learners to:
• Pay nothing upfront
• Train for careers in high-demand sectors
• Repay only when they’re earning enough
This approach unlocks opportunity without debt, shares risk more equitably, and aligns everyone—learner, institution, and investor—around one common goal: successful outcomes.
Already, these models are working in places like Colombia, Kenya, South Africa, Germany, and Spain. But the work is fragmented and underfunded.
The Global ISA Alliance exists to change that. Together, we will:

• Catalyze capital to scale proven models and accelerate new ones
• Elevate global learning through storytelling, research, and peer exchange
• Advocate for enabling policy that centers student success
