Having worked for 16 years in the largest taxpayer company in Armenia, "Grand Holding", in various managerial positions, we have made a very interesting discovery. Today, in general, the field of marketing and merchandising in Armenia is underdeveloped. For almost all organizations, marketing means advertising, design and SMM, while local producers and importers don't have merchandising teams. As a result, transnational companies, which have strong marketing teams in their mother countries, have a dominant position in almost all markets of Armenia.
The main reason for the underdevelopment of the sector is that it is very expensive for local companies to have multifunctional marketing and merchandising teams. And here is the idea to offer outsourcing services of full marketing, merchandising and sales.
As a result, companies may have a large multifunctional marketing and marketing team for very little money. This will allow them to quickly increase their competitive advantages and become a leader in the local market.
