Global Paralegal Network, Inc. ("GPN") is a legal support enterprise. Our primary services entail providing virtual paralegal and clerical support through the preparation, editing and filing of legal documents on behalf of attorneys and the courts. Our business is comprised of a group of independent, contract and freelance paralegals and legal secretaries who are contracted by solo attorneys, law firms and legal departments to provide legal support services (paralegal, clerical and receptionist support) on an as-needed basis, with such services being provided through the use of technological tools, including, without limitation, Internet, telephone, e-mail, facsimile, digital (cloud) storage, and remote access systems. With our expansive telecommute technologies, we accommodate the needs of attorneys and agents throughout the US and territories, which adds to our geographically diverse clientele. We also provide in-office support in limited locations for short-term project-based assignments or over-flow maintenance.
