Global Perspectives creates positive social impact through the development of sustainable leadership capability and organisational transformation.
Our mission is to transform the way organizations work, from how people communicate, collaborate and lead, through to the impact the organization has on the environment and the communities it works with and touches.
We work with major organizations across a wide range of industries and geographic regions with clients such as Rakuten, PwC, Mitsubishi Fuso, Christian Dior, and Astellas Pharmaceuticals. Projects range from coaching individuals in their growth as leaders through to designing and delivering company-wide sustainability vision and CSR-to-CSV culture change initiatives.
We combine decades of organisational and leadership development experience with a passion for and formal certifications in Business Sustainability Management and Organisational Change.
Through collaborative relationships with One Young World’s Japan Committee, In Depth Strategies, and RIJ (Refugees International Japan), Global Perspectives partners with clients to link business strategies and leadership to the U.N. SDGs, and take concrete action on the most challenging issues facing our society today.
