Global Power Energy Ltd is a wholly owned Ghanaian private limited liability company incorporated in June, 2007 under the Companies Code of Ghana, 1963 (Act 179). Having complied with Sections 27 and 28 of the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179), the company was certified to commence business effective September 4, 2007.
The company has been authorized pursuant to Section 27(1) of The Companies’ Code to carry on the business of:
Finance and generally deal in infrastructure, products and services in the Power Sector
Import, export, re-export, ship, transport, process and produce power products and supplies
Construct, own and operate thermal electric generation plants and related infrastructure for the generation, distribution and delivery of power services.

The vision of Global Power Energy Ltd is: ‘To provide State-of-the-art electronic devices and Electric Generating Sets that will meet the needs and requirements of individuals and corporate organizations at the least possible cost”.
