The Global Resilience Centre (GRC) was conceptualised by a core team of five international technical experts from Ukraine, The Netherlands, and Australia. Each having lived and worked in settings of war, conflict, and disaster, they recognised the critical need to provide information, intervention, prevention, and research to support veterans, their friends and families, government institutions, and businesses—before, during, and after times of war. The purpose of the GRC is to empower individuals, communities, and societies by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to build resilience, foster recovery, and drive sustainable growth in the face of adversity.
