Global Empowerment Fund - INSEAD

The Global Empowerment Fund is an INSEAD student-led initiative that supports transformative organizations working to drive social change and uplift underserved communities worldwide. Our flagship event, the Cupid’s Ball, brings the INSEAD community together to raise funds and awareness for impactful causes such as women’s empowerment, financial inclusion, and community development. This year, the Fund proudly supports the Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN), Pakistan’s largest development network, reaching over 56.1 million rural Pakistanis. RSPN has established over 531,000 community institutions, with 55% being women-only organizations, fostering inclusive development and economic empowerment at the grassroots level. Our mission is to engage students, alumni, and partners in creating meaningful, lasting impact.
