We promote, encourage, and assist communities and citizens to participate in activities related to sport, recreation, physical activity, and healthy living in a supportive and positive setting. We work collaboratively with various community groups such as go! PEI & Town of Three Rivers to cover the Eastern region of Prince Edward Island.
Our organization looks to:
- Support volunteer organizations that offer sport, recreation and healthy living opportunities within rural PEI;
- Offer various programs in rural communities that have no paid recreation leadership;
- Promote existing programs to a wider audience and;
- Determine gaps in services and work with community members to fill those gaps.
