But changing daily eating habits for 8 billion individuals is hard. We believe that an effective approach:
Touches as many people as possible: better to move 1M people by 10% than make 100k people fully vegan
Needs to be a business that provides people with clear value and tangible results in order to maximise impact - not a charity or advocacy group
