Christina grew up in America and always loved cookies! However, when moving to Australia, she could never find the ''perfect one''. After many recipe trials (and eating hundreds of cookies!) she believed she had created the best cookie she had ever tasted!
Fast forward 4 years later, we are extremely humbled that these premium & handmade Filled & Loaded cookies have quickly grown into Australia's leading wholesale cookie supplier, trusted by over 1,500 cafes and outlets nationwide.
Our filled and loaded cookies are crafted with high-quality ingredients, and are uniquely all hand-decorated and hand piped by the GC Cookies baking team daily.
