Gold Coast Creative House is a world-class co-working facility that's purpose built for creative businesses. The unique 200sq.m space features 6 premium creative studios, 4 of which have been constructed from shipping containers stacked across 2 stunning levels. Each creative studio is 5.9m x 2.35m and will comfortably accommodate almost any creative business. The interior design and layout encourages creative collaboration, however each studio can be made totally private and secure.
Hi-speed NBN internet, power, water, parking and common area cleaning/maintenance are included in your monthly rent. Every studio comes with it’s own keys, swipe cards for the main entry (with 24hr access) and a large custom built desk to match the decor of the facility.
Our downstairs common area features a large meeting desk and a huge LED 4K TV with apple tv connectivity, while upstairs we have a beautifully decorated meeting area with super comfortable vintage leather couches.
