Good Day was founded by Meghan Ghidinelli, LMHC, LPC. Meghan received her M.A. in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College in 2011. She has extensive experience in the mental health field and has served as a primary therapist for numerous community and private mental health organizations. Meghan excels in building quick rapport with her clients, posing gentle challenges to support positive change, and empowering people to create a life that is meaningfully aligned with their goals.
