Our Story
Yaniv Benaroya’s passion for pita started early, leading him to buy a pita bakery right after high school. There, he perfected his craft, delivering his signature thick, chewy pitas throughout the Bay Area. However, Yaniv wanted to do more, so he put his baking business on hold to study business at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he met mentor John, an experienced restaurateur who taught him about the restaurant industry, quality control, and expansion. With his degree and new knowledge, Yaniv partnered with Eric Huber, a fellow Bay Area native with a background in operations, to launch Gotta Eatta Pita. Today, Yaniv’s dream of sharing his fresh, handmade pita sandwiches with the world is a reality, and he hopes you can taste the passion in every bite.
