Sustainable Street Food - Eat Different
We create East Mediterranean village dishes using sustainable British ingredients. Based at London’s iconic Borough Market we serve multi-award winning street food using ethical and sustainable meats from the UK dairy farms like kid goat and rose veal. The recipes have a heritage firmly rooted in the East Med. The dishes are healthy and the flavour combinations are unique.
All our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and everything is made by us fresh each day. All the sauces are homemade, no Heinz no Hellmans. We like to shine a light on British ingredients like rose veal from high welfare UK dairy farms and British pulses. We also employ techniques used in the past that can improve sustainability now like using mature halloumi and pickles made from waste veg.
