Gr8 was founded by Bas and Bob van den Nieuwenhuyzen and Martien Heinrichs. They followed their hearts and seized their opportunity to acquire the Burger King franchise, the licence of Starbucks, La Place and several hotels. Combining family heritage, modern insights and current digital developments, they continue to expand their business and services. Our Gr8 Hotels offer modern comfortable 3-star facilities with spacious, warmly decorated rooms at a great price in easily accessible locations throughout the Netherlands. In doing so, our colleagues ensure ultimate guest satisfaction. Breakfast is always included and facilitated by the renovated La Place. Our Gr8 Burger King restaurants employ enthusiastic and well-trained staff. They ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction according to the Burger King franchise formula. In addition, our Gr8 Starbucks branches employ skilled and passionate baristas to serve our customers according to the Starbucks franchise. At Perfect Serve, we develop and make various products such as soup, dressing, quiche, meal salads, sauces, parfait and petit fours, petit glacé, desserts and friandises, among others. The products are then packaged, stored and transported in specific ways for each customer. Our customers come from various industries. As a result, we produce both frozen and daily fresh products. From March 2021, a number of branches with the La Place franchise formula have been added. At Gr8 La Place, you are in constant contact with your guests. Working at La Place also stands for fun and collegiality. Together, we achieve a good experience for the guest. Gr8 is an ambitious organisation. In the coming years, our business activities will be expanded throughout the Netherlands. This will happen through acquisitions of existing businesses as well as opening new locations.
