GRADE New York is an award-winning, full-service design firm led by Thomas Hickey and Edward Yedid. Since 2004, the firm's design approach has been and continues to be a holistic one, rooted in the belief that integrating architecture and interior design from the outset creates the most beautiful, balanced and cohesive solutions. As a leader in luxury residential design, we specialize in New York City apartments, lofts, landmark residential conversions and large-scale residential real estate developments, in addition to designing homes in the Greater New York area—including Westchester, Connecticut and the Hamptons—and beyond, with projects in Aspen, Miami, Los Angeles and a number of international cities. GRADE has received several design awards (AIA Long Island Chapter, AIA Brooklyn-Queens Chapter, SARA NY, NYCxDesign), and in 2019 the firm's first monograph, titled New York Contemporary, was published by The Monacelli Press.
