Après une école d’hôtellerie restauration à Paris, j’ai cherché comment marier l’amour de mon terroir avec des produits sains.

Comment ?! en cuisinant une recette à base de pétale de maïs, d’huile de coco
et de sucre non raffiné avec un IG bas. 🌿
