Vasili founded Greco Fresh Grille in 2011 after moving to Charlotte and seeing an opportunity to bring Greek food to the area. All the recipes are his own, passed down from his mother, who emigrated from Greece to the U.S. after WWII.
Everything on our menu is made in-house with fresh ingredients like olive oil, Greek yogurt, ripe vegetables, herbs, and chickpeas. Our most popular menu items are the gyros (lamb and chicken), Greek salads, and of course, our hand-cut seasoned fries.
At Greco Fresh Grille, we have one goal - to serve our community with the best Greek and Mediterranean food with a friendly smile!
