Green Hills Farm is a working family farm.
We raise grass-fed beef and grow spray-free Gippsland garlic for fans of fabulous Australian produce. On an adjoining part of our farm, we also run The Ridge House, a stylishly restored private country retreat nestled in fifty acres of bushland. The farm is the epicentre of our heartfelt, head-driven project to regenerate 150 acres of precious West Gippsland pasture and bushland.
Green Hills Farm inspires and challenges us. It’s also our springboard for sharing what we’re learning and loving about living a sustainable country life.
