We partner with Executive Directors (and/or Development Directors) to cultivate long-term funding relationships with grantmakers and major donors.
HOW WE DO IT:
1) RESEARCH: Develop a qualified pipeline of prospects to cultivate;
2) CULTIVATION: Craft a customized relationship cultivation plan for each prospect, and review/update the entire pipeline monthly with the nonprofit's staff;
3) SOLICITATION: Implement this plan, from initial contact through solicitation through proposal follow-up through reporting and re-application;
4) STEWARDSHIP: Coach the nonprofit's staff on how to steward these funding relationships, including coordinating ongoing communications to past donors/prospects outside of direct solicitations.
