Greypoint Capital is a private debt fund that lends to the Canadian middle market.
We provide primarily short-term loans of 1 to 5 years in duration, providing flexibility on lending terms, along with a quick close of the transaction, in line with your company’s needs, whether it be for acquisition, project, or refinancing.
We provide loans for first lien, second lien, or mezzanine debt. Our ability to underwrite larger loans (above $50 million) enables us to close transactions quickly, eliminate inter-creditor risk, and syndication risk.
Since 2013, we have worked with many Canadian companies offering the debt capital they need to expand, weather seasonality and cyclicality, restructure capital stacks, and generally provide refinancing’s of existing credit facilities.
