Grieving Coach Overview

I am a mom of 5 and an End of Life Coach and Life Coach. I offer a safe space for people to explore their emotions and challenges as they discover the strength and answers that lie within. I work with individuals and groups particularly in the areas of Grief and suicide. As a Life Coach, I help people go from where they are to where they want to be. This includes Grief education, achieving goals, and adapting new perspectives in their current situation. As an End of Life Coach, I work within the areas of Death, Dying, and Grief. I allow people to tell their stories in ways that are meaningful to them and help them gain new insights from their experiences. I feel passionate about helping others see and stand in their greatness. In 2017 I had the amazing experience of sitting with a friend days after the sudden death of her husband. Sharing that sacred space with her was so invigorating for me that I began my journey in the End of Life field. The more I have embraced this work, the more passionate I've become as a support person and travel buddy in this journey of life.
