Gross Residential is a dynamic development, construction and property management firm with approximately 300 employees and 38 locations throughout northeast Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama and South Carolina. We develop projects and oversee the construction of apartments, townhouses, and condominiums. We market and sell the homes, while maintaining ownership of and managing the apartment communities.

Isadore Gross, the Company’s founder, began building homes in Ohio almost 100 years ago. His son Morton followed in the family business until his retirement in 1980. Brothers Gary and Harley Gross now operate the firm, which continues to expand into other regions of the country. Gary's daughter Sarah and Harley's son Aaron represent the fourth generation of the growing company. Gross Residential remains headquartered in suburban Cleveland at its North Royalton, Ohio corporate office.
