Groundwork Merthyr & Rhondda Cynon Taff is an Environmental Regeneration Charity based in the old Fedw Hir Hospital in Llwydcoed, Aberdare. We are an Agored Cymru and Lantra Accredited Training Centre and are able to meet a wide variety of environmental, pre-employment training and conservation management/education packages individually designed and tailored to meet your needs. We take in all manner of community groups and organisations from all over the central valleys, Cardiff and southern Powys. Fedw Hir sits within 14 acres of formal grounds, woodland and meadows near Llwydcoed Crematorium and offers a wonderful rural location for the Trust to run its activities from.
