Company background
GroupBooked was set up by brothers, Andrew and Mark Kingston. With previous experience working in the events industry, they decided to take their knowledge and experience of organising events for private groups and build an on-line system that would greatly reduce the pressure on organisers of such events.
When previously involved in event management, Mark and Andrew spent a lot of time with individual groups making sure that everything ran smoothly and everyone had a great time. This experience of accompanying many groups helped them learn how GroupBooked could best serve people looking to organise an event.
