After 13+ years in recruitment, I made the decision to leave my dream job as Head of Talent Sourcing at 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮, with the goal of helping more than just one company GROW. With over a decade of experience in Talent Sourcing—10 of those years spent in the tech industry at Meta and XING (New Work)—I’ve been fortunate enough to lead and collaborate with high-performing international teams across the globe. I was responsible for scaling Meta’s DACH teams, from 80 to 300+ employees, as the first and only Talent Sourcer based in Germany. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on hiring the brightest people for 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 while building my teams in Recruiting & Employer Branding.
