My services are including: • Introduction of defined technology development road map with clearly defined entry and exit points (gates) synchronised with industry accepted TRL (technology readiness levels) • General engineering consulting (Automotive engineering, Oil and gas, HME Mining, 3D CAD, 3D printing, alternative energy sources, ATEX/IECEx, visual data capture, testing and instrumentation, control systems, etc ) • Business development • Benchmarking • Feasibility studies • Support and engagement in developing strong and collaborative R&D and product development teams from ground-up covering position advertising, short-listing, interviews, and offer of employment • Development and introduction of project management principals covering entire R&D project life cycle, incl. acquisition, quotation, opening, execution, change, invoicing, and closing of R&D projects • Introduction and setup of required PM and controlling software for time, budget and project progression reporting • Introduction of processes, forms, and procedures to ensure successful project delivery
