Grupo Mizar S.A. was a company founded in Costa Rica dedicated to the trade of green coffee in Central America from 2009 to 2022. In February 2010, the first import of green coffee from Nicaragua to Costa Rica was given by the company to be able to supply raw materials to one to local roasters due to the high domestic prices based on the shortage of coffee for national consumption at that time in Costa Rica. In 2015 the company started selling green coffee from Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, and Peru. For more than ten years, Grupo Mizar offered comprehensive supply solutions to its customers. In 2022 Grupo Mizar closed its operations in Costa Rica and transferred to the EU.
