Our website enables users to participate in e-sport tournaments (many rivals are competing for a big prize). The tournaments are held on computer games (games of skill): League of Legends, Dota2, Counter Strike, World of Tanks, etc. Users pay to participate in particular tournament and their payments form the prize pool. Our profit is in commission which is deducted from the participants' contributions. At the beginning we do not take any commission and plan to gradually increase it during the first year of operations (up to 10%). The business is not licensable according to the Maltese regulations (official response from Malta Gaming Authority can be provided upon your request).
