GS Realty Group and it’s affiliate, GS Companies (a real estate development and management firm specializing in residential and mixed-use projects in the mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States) collaborated on due diligence, underwriting and operations of new transactions. GS Companies has partnered with investors to develop mixed-use communities ranging in size from 50 acres to 10,000 acres, including golf course communities, managing approximately $500 million in real estate assets in the southeastern United States.
