Graduate Skills development Centre was borne out of very huge skills gap that the average Nigerian Graduate faces. We found that the transition from graduation to employability is not so smooth for many of them chiefly because they lack work readiness skills and are also not guided enough.
We are simply helping them to "MIND THE GAP" by teaching them soft skills, work readiness skills and assigning them mentors for proper guidance.
