GSM Aluminium Ltd is a specialist supplier and stockholder of high quality, bespoke extruded and fabricated aluminium profiles at a competitive cost. A wide range of extrusion presses at our disposal which can produce extruded aluminium profiles from 5-inch to 15 inch billet size diameters. We can accommodate almost every type of profile our customers require, in 6000 series alloys from 1.0mm wall thickness upwards. Taking an initial customer design, we can assist with extrusion optimization, to offer weight and cost savings. Using the latest 3D Solidworks, GSM Aluminium will provide comprehensive die and fabrication drawings. We offer colour anodising, hard anodising, polyester powder coating, mechanical polishing and brushing and chemically bright polishing. Extrusions can be machined before or after finishing depending on the end use and customer requirements. GSM Aluminium offer an integrated stock management system, using the latest ERP SAP system, allowing us to provide our customers with real time updates on your order progress and assist with stock re-ordering to ensure a seamless approach. The manufacturing and distribution processes are using the latest innovative solutions to to reduce and minimise our carbon footprint.
