GSMC 1, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation,, authorized to do business in Texas and Florida as a foreign corporation. We are a commercial real estate development company. Our Phase I & II order of business is the purchasing, leasing and management of a group of NNN single tenant properties both in Florida and Texas, inside of a separate LLC structure, with GSMC 1, Inc. as the general partner. And to develop other properties around and near our existing purchased tenants. Cities that we are focusing on include Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach, Orlando, Tampa Bay, St Petersburg in Florida; Houston, Galveston, Austin, Dallas and Fort Worth in Texas - all strong growing business centers, Our Phase III, IV & V will involve larger projects to include office, multi-family, apartments, retail and hospitality development in the above cities. In any of our Phases, GSMC 1 attention to urban design and environmental concerns will be addressed immediately, due diligence standards completed, followed by zoning considerations and changes of which an architectural engineer and urban design firm can accomplish. Form Follows Function still applies but to all phases of real estate development.
