Guiding Souls is a national level development organization certified by International Labor
Organization to conduct entrepreneurship training programs across the country. It was
started by a group of professionals in 2014 in the state of Uttar Pradesh after getting
registered as a trust. Guiding Souls have organized many welfare activities like enterprise
training, trainings around personality development, sports for development, menstrual
hygiene, environment science, cyber safety, financial literacy, education, healthcare,
livelihood and women empowerment, in Maharashtra, Punjab, Kerala, Karnataka,
Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Delhi NCR, directly benefitting over
1,80,000 tribal woman, children, Women, LGBT community and their families.
Guiding Souls works with the vision to create a society of empowered individuals who
realize their full potential in a manner that is sustainable and equitable. Guiding Souls
strives to empower individuals and communities living on the margins so that they are
economically and socially endowed, live a life of dignity and contribute meaningfully to
the society. The change will be catalysed and owned by the community itself and based on
the highest tenets of human rights.
