Resolve Through Sharing (RTS) is an internationally recognized, evidence-based bereavement program. Since 1981, RTS has been providing education, consultation, training materials, and patient support materials to healthcare professionals all over the world.
Resolve Through Sharing has trained over 50,000 healthcare professionals, including 8,500 program Coordinators. RTS education is uniquely designed to foster relationship within the training itself and afterward through participants' care of bereaved families. Each RTS training (Perinatal Death, Neonatal and Pediatric Death, Pediatric and Adult Death, and Coordinator) highlights relationship-based competencies and makes being with others who are suffering central to care giving.
