* I cover food, supplements, hair mineral analysis & feedback, mentoring around mindset, anxiety and stress management.
* I support you with recipes, food planning, shopping & cooking tips, stress-reducing strategies at work/home, help getting unstuck in relationships/work, breathing, movement/exercise, sleep and much more.
* Full support and accountability throughout your programme.
