Seit 2001 befindet sich der Betrieb in Hövelhof.
Wir sind spezialisiert in der Produktion von Schinken aus Rind- und Lammfleisch nach original türkischer Art und bieten unseren Kunden höchste Qualität mit Herkunftsnachweis.
Unsere Produkte werden in unserem Betrieb aus qualitativ hochwertigem Halal Rind- und Lammfleisch hergestellt.
Seit 2008 werden unsere türkischen Schinkenspezialitäten fortlaufend mit den Goldmedaillen des DLG, den DLG-Preisen für langjährige Produktqualität, den “Landesehrenpreisen für Lebensmittel NRW“ und dem “Preis der Besten“ ausgezeichnet.
