H2 Equity Partners is a leading Western European investment firm, founded in 1991. We invest in mid-sized companies in the UK and Ireland with significant growth or improvement potential that can benefit from our hands-on support.
Our typical investment targets are companies generating annual sales of £25-250 million that are either family-owned or owner-managed, succession or retirement sales or corporate carve outs. We are a sector agnostic investor and cover a wide range of industries and markets, but focus on fundamentally profitable business-to-business sectors with underlying growth.
We are used to working closely with management and other stakeholders to deliver results in complicated situations. We take a pragmatic approach and aim to be supportive and active partners, bringing strategic and operational expertise. Matters such as management succession or retirement issues for example do not scare us off unlike traditional private equity firms.
We have been operating for over 30 years and during this time, we have gained experience across numerous sectors and situations resulting in a high level of deliverability and the ability to evaluate transaction opportunities quickly.
