Hackbaylor

Hackbaylor is an organization created to promote technology entrepreneurship amongst Baylor students through a learning by doing model. We work hard to create a community of hundreds of students passionate about changing the world through technology entrepreneurship. As student entrepreneurs we were baffled that there wasn’t a place we could go to connect with other like-minded students, to discuss new ideas, to team up and build new products. We felt there were more of us out there. But they were all isolated within different schools from fine arts, engineering, business, and liberal arts. We believed that a centralized community was imperative in order facilitate our interaction and foster startup activity on campus. We decided to unite in order to create a community centered around technology and entrepreneurship to empower students in creating their own companies.
